Terms of Use

Last updated: Oct 10, 2026

The Fathers' 3-10 mobile app and website (together, the "Services") are provided by the Church Movements ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International ("Cru," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Purpose of the Services

Fathers' 3-10 helps fathers engage with their children through Bible lessons and faith conversations. The app may let you manage a profile and account, add information about your children, track lesson progress, save written reflections, set reminders, and invite other fathers to participate. The website provides general information about the initiative and app.

The content is provided for general religious and educational purposes. It is not professional, medical, mental-health, legal, or other specialist advice.

2. Accounts and Information You Provide

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

If you enter information about a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authority to provide that information. Please use the Services responsibly and avoid entering information that is not needed for their intended use.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the app. You may request account deletion using the account-deletion options provided by us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You must not:

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, their users, or our rights, or where these Terms have been violated.

4. Ownership and Permitted Use

The Services and their content, including lesson text, graphics, logos, design, and other materials, are owned by Cru or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Services and view their content for your own non-commercial use in connection with the Fathers' 3-10 Initiative. This permission does not transfer ownership to you. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the content without our prior permission, unless applicable law permits it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or their content. We aim to keep the Services available and useful, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Lesson progress, notes, or other information may not always be recoverable, so please do not rely on the app as the only place to keep information you cannot afford to lose.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on third-party providers or contain links to third-party websites or services. Those services are operated by others and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content that we do not control.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and their content are provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that requirement, Cru will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
